Subodh Sent to 7 Day Judicial Custody by court judicial magistrate court in Dhemaji

Silapathar violence prime accused Subodh Biswas was on Tuesday remanded sent to 7 days judicial custody by court judicial magistrate court in Dhemaji.

Biswas was arrested by a team of Assam Police on March 22 from North 24 Parganas in West Bengal.

Protesting groups and organisations in the State are demanding exemplary punishment for Subodh Biswas.

Subodh, a senior leader of the Nikhil Bharat Bangali Udbastu Samannay Samity (NIBBUS) was the man behind the ransacking of the AASU office at Silapathar in Dhemaji district.
